BSA Eagle Scout Projects for the Wallingford Historic Preservation Trust

Wallingford Historic Preservation Trust has been the grateful recipient of the following projects performed by Eagle Scout candidates from several Wallingford BSA troops.


Date Completed - May 2017

By Eagle Scout Candidate Joseph Bernick, Troop 4

Troop location- St. Paul's Church

Project - Erected and replaced storm-damaged back railing at the Silver Museum/Johnson House

Date Completed - May 2019

By Eagle Scout Candidate Jason Myers, Troop 4

Troop location- St. Paul's Church

Restoration of the Outhouse at the Silver Museum/Johnson House including the flooring damaged by burrowing animals and replaced the aged seating.

Date Completed - 2019

By Eagle Scout Candidate Matthew O'Boyle, Troop 5

Troop location- First Congregational Church

Erected a split rail fence for corner garden and built up three smaller garden areas with landscape timbers at the Royce House.

Date Completed - August 2020

By Eagle Scout candidate Michael Womelsdorf, Troop 4

Troop Location - St Paul’s Episcopal Church

Project - Designed and constructed a well-house to surround an unsightly electric meter in front of the Royce House.
